What would it be like to have a relationship with someone who could guide you to a place of clarity, insight, and creativity? Imagine that this relationship empowers you to grasp meaning and purpose, and to run with it. If you can imagine this, you already have an idea of what coaching can do for you.
Coaching is a professional relationship whereby a coach guides a client through their own thoughts, feelings, and experiences in order to move them forward. This applies to work, home, relationships, everything in the human experience can be helped through coaching.
Co-active coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on the dynamic relationship between coach and client. The coach is not the expert on you, you are the expert. The co-active coach seeks to draw out the real you, and discover together. It’s like two people on one of those old fashioned saws, it takes two people leaning in to get the results. A co-active coach is specially trained to forge this kind of relationship.
To understand what co-active coaching is, there is nothing like experiencing it. Most co-active coaches (myself included) offer some kind of free trial session for this purpose. 20 minutes on the phone could open you up to a world of possibilities. Are you ready to make a move forward?
